Altare Elio - La Morra - Barolo DOCG

Elio Altare is known for his innovative vision. In the 70s he studied in the Bougogne in search of new techniques. One of his actions was to exchange the traditional large barrels for barriques. His father did not agree with this and disinherited him. In 1985 he had to buy back the company. In the 80s he was one of the Barolo Boys, who wanted to bring new impetus to Barolo. The company is currently managed by Silvia his daughter.
