We believe it is important that you are satisfied with your wine purchases. If a wine you have purchased does not meet your expectations, we will take it back from you without any problem. You have 6 months to do this, so that you have plenty of opportunity to taste the wine at your leisure. The bottles that you return will be immediately refunded by us, at the price that you paid. Or we will exchange these bottles for another wine of your choice.
If you want to use our return guarantee, please send us an email to: info@brunolo.nl with your details, including your telephone number and the wine you are not satisfied with. We will then contact you to resolve this for you.
