Ruby red wine with garnet-like glints. In the nose floral tones, rose, violet, black cherries, undergrowth, coffee and licorice. In the mouth the wine is powerful, elegant and with a nice acid balance. In the aftertaste nice rounded tannins and a long lasting, slightly mineral, aftertaste.

The grapes come from various vineyards located in Serralunga. The altitude varies from 260 to 380 meters. In September-October, the grapes are harvested manually after careful selection. After destemming and soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation takes place in large concrete vats. The must is regularly pumped around. The wine matures in large French oak barrels of 50 HL. for a period of 30 to 36 months. After this, the wine is bottled. In the bottle, the wine refines for at least 10 months in the cellars of the domain.
