- What is the standard delivery time?
On weekdays orders are processed until 21:00 and are shipped the same day. Delivery will normally take place the next day.
- What if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
The delivery service will then deliver the order to a Parcel Point. You will be notified by email where the wines can be collected.
- Can I also pick up the ordered wine myself?

- Will I receive a track and trace email of the shipment of my order?
Yes, you will receive an email with the track and trace as soon as the wines have been sent. This way you can see when the wines will be delivered. This email also includes a packing slip, so you can see which wines have been sent.
- What are the shipping costs?
For members "Amici Grandi Vini" the wines are always shipped free. If you are not a member, the shipping costs are €8.50 for orders under €75.00.
- Which payment methods can be used?
Our payments are handled by Shopify Payments, payment can be made with Ideal, Credit Card, Bancontact, Sofort Banking, Paypal and direct bank transfer. Please note: orders are shipped after receipt of payment. No additional costs are charged for the chosen payment method.
- If wines are sold out, can I still order with a backorder?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. We get all our wines directly from Italy, so we will not reorder. It is possible that with a new order we always check with the producer whether they still have interesting older vintages.
- What to do in case of a damaged delivery?
Take some pictures of the damaged box and bottles. Send these pictures with your name, address and order number to us: info@brunolo.nl We will contact you as soon as possible to solve this.
- Can I send an email after placing an order to report a change?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. Orders are sent directly to our logistics partner, who processes the order immediately. Given the size of the number of orders, it is not possible to collect boxes that are ready to be picked up by the delivery person.
